The challenge
Graduating is a milestone. Getting hired takes another set of skills.
If you graduated in 2026 and are still looking for the right opportunity, or you've landed a role that doesn't reflect your potential, your current situation is not your final outcome.
The Skill Sanctum closes that gap through structured technical skilling, hands-on projects, mentor feedback and interview preparation, so you can show what you can do, not just what you've studied.
// what technical interviews actually test
Theory alone doesn't cover this. Practice, feedback and real projects do.
Why The Skill Sanctum
A structured curriculum built around the skills entry-level full-stack roles ask for, not a pile of disconnected topics.
Work on two projects with industry-style workflows and leave with deployed apps and code repositories in your portfolio.
Live sessions, weekly project reviews, assessments and targeted support to close your learning gaps.
Work towards a proctored final assessment covering coding, core CS, SQL and live technical communication.
Clear the final assessment to qualify for ten job interviews with ten different employers, subject to the published program terms.
What you'll learn
Two parallel tracks run side by side: Full-Stack Development, and Core CS with DSA progressing into AI Agents. Interview readiness runs through the whole journey.
Build and deploy complete applications
Strengthen problem-solving and technical depth
Explain, demonstrate and defend your work
The 8-week plan
Every week moves both tracks forward together, so your projects and your problem-solving grow at the same pace.
Onboarding
Review your diagnostic results, identify gaps, set goals and set up your development environment.
Week
HTML, CSS, Git workflows, arrays, strings, hashing and complexity analysis.
Week
Build interactive applications, work with APIs and solve data-querying problems.
Week
Build REST APIs, work with PostgreSQL, write tests and strengthen linear data structures.
Week
Authentication, security, database optimisation, recursion and trees.
Week
Build React applications and practise graphs, heaps and advanced problem-solving patterns.
Week
Ship a containerised project, set up CI/CD and build an agent that uses tools.

The plan includes onboarding before the teaching weeks and a scheduled revision break. This is a simplified summary; the final delivery calendar is shared before enrolment.
Learn by building
Over eight weeks you'll build practical evidence of what you can do, through guided projects, reviews and assessments, not just video lectures.
Develop an application with a frontend, backend and database. Work through implementation, testing, code reviews and deployment.
Pick up additional project tickets, add an AI agent or RAG feature, and have every contribution tracked through reviewed code changes.
Two deployed projects, code repositories and a CV, ready for your introduction to prospective employers.
